I then called the customer service manager and explained my disappointment in how long it was taking to get my compression stockings. She checked into the matter and found that the wrong color had been ordered and that those would be shipping out the day I called. She then told me that I could keep the wrong color stockings and would expedite the correct colored stockings. To me this is what excellent customer service is supposed to be. Acknowledging when something is wrong and correcting the situation. I would definitely recommend ordering from this company and will do so again. ”
