Thora-Thigh Swell Spot

The Thora-Thigh Swell Spot was originally designed for asymmetrical chest coverage. When centered at the groin level and the two ends are positioned to cover the medial thigh, it works wonders on radiation fibrosis and disperses the ending pressure of bandages or leg garments. This design can also be used at the ankle over skin-folds. The scoop can be positioned at the anterior midline and wrapped around the lower leg. This Swell Spot can be tacked into a compression T-shirt to address trap swelling.

I did not use this as directed for the thigh, I used it for a trunk compression with the cut out under the arm, for night use, and it is working beautifully for my patient
