When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

Measurement Points
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the leg with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made. The length measurement is then taken even with the floor, along the inside of the leg, up to each circumference point.

The Sigvaris Secure Gauntlet is a hybrid garment that provides graduated compression and containment to help manage lymphedema, post-surgical edema, and general edema. It maintains more graduated compression throughout the hand than traditional gauntlets. The seamless, circular knit design provides optimal softness and increased range of motion making it ideal for all-day wear. The Secure Gauntlet is color coordinated to be worn with a matching Secure Armsleeve for complete upper extremity coverage.
