When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

How to Take Length Measurements
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the arm with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made. The length measurement is then taken from point 'C' along the inside of the arm to each circumference point.

Measurement Points
1. Measure the ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle above the ankle bone.

2. Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf.

3. Measure the thigh at the widest circumference.

4. Measure the hip circumference.

5. Determine the leg length (A-T)

Great deal! I have only worn Juzo dream & these Sigvaris tights. I'm glad I decided to try these... even though its only offered in tan & back, it is really a great deal. So far I love them! They aren't easily torn and they don't have extra fabric around the feet (which means I can wear them with cute girlie shoes!) There is even less extra material around the waist than other brands, so I don't have as much material bunched up around my waist with these!
