When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

How to Take Length Measurements
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the arm with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made.

Measurement Points
1. Measure the ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle above the ankle bone.

2. Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf.

3. Measure the thigh at the widest circumference.

4. Determine the thigh length (A-G) by measuring from the floor up to the gluteal fold.

These are great because they're easier to get on and very comfortable. They are breathable yet not too delicate to don. Also, they do not roll behind the knee. They're great for anyone who struggles with donning the tougher compression hose! They may give a little in compression but at least you'll wear them!
