When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

How to Take Length Measurements
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the arm with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made.

Measurement Points
1. Measure the ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle above the ankle bone.

2. Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf.

3. Measure the thigh at the widest circumference.

4. Determine the thigh length (A-G) by measuring from the floor up to the gluteal fold.

My husband wears these because he has a large stomach and the 842P pantyhose roll down at the waist. Even though these are sold as a women's garment these pantyhose will fit and work as great on a guy that doesn't have the perfect six pack body.
