When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

How to Take Length Measurements
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the arm with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made.

Measurement Points
1. Measure the ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle above the ankle bone.

2. Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf.

3. Measure the thigh at the widest circumference.

4. Determine the thigh length (A-G) by measuring from the floor up to the gluteal fold.

Like these lightweight thigh highs a lot. The foot length is longer than some other brands, but I still find myself constantly tugging at them to keep them from pooling in my instep. Wish there was a toe "thong" so they would stay put!

The Sigvaris Eversheer is one of my favorite compression stockings. It is light, sheer, and is very comfortable to wear with pants, jeans, or leggings. The solid band is also more comfortable than the stockings with beaded bands.
