When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

Measurement Points
Length measurements should be taken at each circumference. It is recommended that you mark the leg with a non-permanent, non-toxic marker at each circumference measurement made. The length measurement is then taken even with the floor, along the inside of the leg, up to each circumference point.

The Sigvaris Secure for Women is a containment hybrid garment that ensures all-day comfort and maintains more graduated compression throughout the leg compared to traditional stockings. Secure garments are designed to ensure strong containment with maximum stiffness and minimal garment fatigue when compared to other circular-knit garments. Graduated compression throughout the garment improves blood and lymphatic circulation while remaining comfortable and breathable all day long. The material and the weave are so smooth that I was able to don these knee highs with ease I didn't experience even at lower levels of compression. I am really impressed. Anything which makes donning easier makes me feel that I can actually wear these every day. Oh... and they were also more comfortable and seemed less stiff to wear, in addition to the ease in donning. A-Plus!
