The Serratus Anterior Pad helps direct lymph flow laterally down to the inguinal and posteriorly toward the spine. These pads fit into most mastectomy or standard bras.

Outstanding. I use it to be able to sleep without pain on my side. so far 3 pain free mornings and better sleep.

fits into bra--I sewed snaps to hold in place since my hands don't work so well--could use Velcro. It is comfortable, sized as ordered, washes and dries with regular laundry. promotes lymphatic drainage.
