When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

How to Take Measurements
1. Measure circumferences where indicated by the black dots from the lateral malleolus (outer ankle bone).

2. Measure circumferences where indicated at points A, B, C, C1, D, E, and F.
