The Nearly Me 355 Flowback Gel Butterfly Breast Form features a symmetrical design that fits either side of the body. The form is made from extra light-weight flowable silicone gel that is 30% lighter than standard silicone breast forms. It has a flowable gel fill that can be rotated in different orientations to achieve best fit and fullness in an uneven chest well. The form is available in standard bra sizes. The breast form includes a Comfort Cover and comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Nearly Me products are made in the U.S.A.
