The Nearly Me 251 SO-SOFT Triangle Shell Breast Form features an asymmetrical design whereby the form fits only the right or left side for a comfortable fit over remaining breast tissue. The form is made from standard-weight silicone closely approximating the weight of natural tissue. It can be rotated in different orientations to achieve best fit and fullness. The form is available in standard bra sizes. The breast form includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty. Nearly Me products are made in the U.S.A.
