When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

How to Take Measurements
1. Place the arm extended and relaxed slightly with the palm down on a flat surface.

2. Measure point A circumference at the wrist (all measurements should be in centimeters).

3. Measure point B circumference at the elbow.

4. Measure point B1 circumference at the mid bicep.

5. Measure point C at the axilla.

6. Measure D length at the dorsal aspect from point A (wrist) to point C (axilla).

7. Measure point E circumference of the palm.

I did not realize that my old sleeve had worn to the point that the flow lines on my arm were very light. It is my nighttime sleeve and really is comfortable with the unistrap and over-sleeve.
