Jobst Activa Men's Casual Socks help to prevent and relieve leg fatigue and heaviness, ankle and foot swelling/aching, mild spider veins, and varicose veins by increasing circulation in the legs. They deliver light, graduated 15-20 mmHg compression. These socks are constructed using soft cotton fibers in an attractive ribbed or herringbone design and are less bulky than ordinary socks. They feature a comfortable, turned welt leg band that won't constrict, a reinforced foot and heel, and microfiber construction. Jobst Activa Men's Casual Socks are comfortable and provide preventative support while still remaining fashionable.

These socks seem to work better for me than others I've tried. My calf was so swollen the other socks would slip down. The Jobst Activa socks have a nice band at the top to help pull them on and help them stay up. I am extremely happy with these socks, and will buy more when I need to. Plus they come in other colors, not just black.
