When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

Measurement Points
1. Record length measurement K (the length from the 1st metatarsal head to heel). Select the boot size that matches according to row K on the sizing chart.

2. Record circumference measurements I and J.

3. Check to make certain that foot measurements I and J do not exceed the adjustment range for the boot size selected in Step 1.

4. If any of the above foot measurements (I and J) exceed the adjustment range of the boot size selected in Step 1, select the next large size where all three measurements do not exceed the adjustment range of the boot.

I Can finally fit into my shoe or boot. My first compression foot wraps were too bulky to do so. These are light, but now that my leg lymphedema is better, they are perfect. I wear longish skirts to cover my legs and I needed black,not my old beige foot wraps. These are washable,I put them in a small lingerie bag. I would highly recommend

Fits well. Like that it can be somewhat customized to fit my narrow feet. Wish it was a little different design for toe box.
