When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

I have lower leg lymphedema that includes foot and toe swelling on the left leg. I have used the Sigvaris CompreFlex-LiteTransition Lower Leg Wrap. They work great for the lower part; the problem is the swelling of the pad above the toes. Wearing the Reduction Kit Toe Cap relieves the swelling and pain. I made the mistake of ordering a small without measuring first. The toe caps worked great for one night, then tore as a result when I tried to take them off. By using the circumference in cm. Chart provided I will be reordering the correct size large. Please don't make the mistake I did, if not sure they have an awesome customer support team.

I was concerned about how to reduce to swelling of my toe because of lymphadema . The toe cap compression relay helped to reduce their size .it is comfotable and thin enough to where I can still put my compression hose over it , it's easy to wash and it dries quickly. So glad I purchased it .
