When to Take Measurements
It is important that the edema is at its most reduced state. Most often this is found first thing in the morning or at the end of treatment.

Measurement Points
1. Place the arm extended and relaxed slightly with the palm down on a flat surface.

2. Measure point A circumference at the wrist (all measurements should be in centimeters).

3. Measure point B circumference at the elbow.

4. Measure point B1 circumference at the mid bicep.

5. Measure point C at the axilla.

6. Measure D length at the dorsal aspect from point A (wrist) to point C (axilla).

7. Measure point E circumference of the palm.

The ChipSleeve Arm offers mild/moderate gradient compression from the hand to axilla, and may be used as a bandage liner or compression garment for edema, lymphedema, post-operative swelling and mild fibrosis. Open cell foam chips provide massaging effect on superficial lymphatics and help to soften the fibrotic areas. The chipped foam features a directional channel design that facilities efficient drainage of lymph fluid. The ChipSleeve fabric offers moisture wicking/anti-odor capabilities, soil release properties and has unique stretch characteristics to provide form fitting comfort. Features thumb and lateral rise. This being my first experience I had no idea what to expect. I have had it about 2 weeks. I have been wearing it at night as instructed. It is awkward but if it helps my Lymphedema it will all be worth it
